How do I contact Bearitz?

Are your bears suitable for children?

The bears are not CE marked as they are not classified as toys. They contain small parts that may present a choking hazard. These bears are collectibles for the adult collector and not suitable for children under 14 years of age.

Do the bears come in a gift box?

Yes they do! I carefully tuck them in a specially designed gift box with some tissue paper and tie with two coloured ribbons. Except for the largest size bears 18" (45cm) they will be sent in a gift box, just not a branded Bearitz box as the cost is prohibitive for such large boxes.

How do I care for a Bearitz teddy bear?

Surface care only, wipe with a clean damp cloth if needed. Please do not place in a washing machine.

Do you have a catalogue?

I don't have a printed catalogue but this website is an accurate and eye-catching online catalogue of up to date bears I currently have in stock.

Do you sell patterns or instructions to make teddy bears?

I am frequently asked if I sell patterns, I do not sell any patterns.

Do you do commissions?

Yes, please see Commissions.

Can I reserve a teddy bear?

If you wish to take advantage of the layaway service then the bear will be reserved on receipt of your first payment.

Can I change the name?

If you like a specific bear, but would rather have a different name I am happy to change the name.

Do you sell through other outlets?

At present Bearitz bears are only available through my online stores. Occasionally I attend retail craft fairs, details of future events will be listed via social media channels and the newsletter. Is Bearitz VAT registered?

No, Bearitz is not VAT registered.

What payment methods can I use?

I accept payments via Shopify Payments and PayPal. Both services support all major credit and debit cards.

Do you take international orders?

I ship to most international destinations please see Delivery Policy for service times and costs. Please be aware of your own country's import tax and/or duty charges.

How do I return an item and receive a refund?

How do I know I've received a genuine Bearitz bear?

Bearitz is a registered trademark. Each bear is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity which ensures its provenance to collectors. I keep a record of all of my bears created and sold.
